Travelling to School
Free home-to school transport is provided for children who live in Leavenheath. Click HERE for more information about school transport.

On arrival, children are to proceed to the playground.  We also offer a DROP AND GO service from 8.50am. Children arriving late or leaving the premises for appointments during the day must report to the school office. Parents, children and the school should always be aware of collection arrangements. Please notify the school office or class teacher if different arrangements are made.

School Uniform
Please visit where you can order, pay for and arrange delivery of your school uniform.  For a full list of uniform for your child click HERE. Samples are held in school for sizing if necessary.

We discourage the wearing of jewellery in school except for an analogue watch worn by those children who have begun to be able to tell the time. Suffolk County policy is to allow only stud earrings to be worn as sleepers can easily be caught and pulled. For reasons of safety it is also Suffolk County policy that no jewellery of any kind is worn during any form of PE lesson. Children should not wear even stud earrings on a PE day unless they are able to remove them themselves. If a child is wearing earrings on a PE day unless they are able to remove them themselves. If a child is wearing earrings that he/she is unable to remove then he/she will not be allowed to join in the lesson. If your child is to have his/her ears pierced please do so at the beginning of the long Summer holiday to allow time for them to heal so that no lessons are missed.

School Lunch
All dinner money should be paid in advance. This can be either by cheque made payable to Suffolk County Council or via Parentmail. Click HERE to see the dinner menu. We provide all children with a free school meal until the end of Year 2. If your child is entitled to Free School Meals you need to apply for them HERE. We are a Healthy School and promote healthy foods for lunches. We encourage children at all lunch times to make a healthy choice and request that parents keep this in mind when providing a packed lunch for their child.

Please CONTACT the school by 9.30am each day your child is absent and use the appropriate option to leave your message.

Parent View
Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. The survey can be completed at any time; you don’t have to wait until the school is being inspected.

We will use the information you provide when making decisions about which schools to inspect and when.

Click ‘Give your views’ to register and complete a survey to help your child’s school improve.
